NERO DI PREDAPPIO
Grapes: It is an expert blend of mild-hill heavy Sangiovese and of Refosco with red peduncle
(Terrano). An ancient mixture of noble grapes from Romagna conveys to this red wine
with a strong personality its particular and characteristic taste.
Bouquet: Dried fruits, of soft morello (cherry) and of violet
Color: Shady ruby hardene by the oak
Taste: It is dry but mellow, with an aftertaste of soft oak in barrique.
Alcoholic content: 14% - Production 6.000 bottles.
It has to separate at least for an hour at room temperature 18/20°;
it can be drunk with pasta with roast or grilled meat, and with good cheese.
