Color: strong gold-yellow tending to amber.

Bouquet: persistent scent of dried fruit - figs - apricots.

Taste: full and enveloping, with a slight bitter after-taste.

Alcoholic content: 14+7%.

Production: 2,000 bottles - To be served cool.
